Nice place. The bathrooms could use a little bit of work, the showers are nice though. The only issue I really had was the mosquitos, but that goes with being outdoors and near a river.
Owner is helpful and the camp dog will make you feel right at home
We just stopped in for the day - a picnic and hoping to catch a new tree frog (no luck this year!). As always, beautiful campgrounds, nice facilities and warm hospitable, family-owned vibe (thanks Ken, thanks Joanne). Not an hour south of Chesterton, highly recommended. This place is just amazing! you have to go here, the staff here are down to earth and the campground is always clean and maintained. The restrooms are older but in good repair and clean (as are the showers as well). well done!
The mosquitoes were terrible but my daughter loved the pool, the owners are very welcoming and kind. We had an Amazing time!
